Season Two: Post Nineteen.
Feels slightly strange posting a blog on a day that I’m not in America, desperately scribbling as much as I can recall about that day’s adventures. I think I’m through the worst of the jet lag and feeling like I’m back on schedule. Being back into my usual routine, especially with running and gym is a very welcome feeling, not that I don’t enjoy the more spontaneous training style that I adopt on tour, just that my mind is always a lot more settled when I know that I can definitely train my usual distances.

Today is rest day, although it started with an 8 mile walk around the lovely Grafham Water. A local favourite for runners, cyclists and water sports, it also makes for a great steady state walk. I trained legs properly for the first time in a few week last night so I’m not feeling too bad about taking the rest. Although, you know I’d always prefer to run.
After a good old stroll around the water, I cooked an incredible looking brunch. Seeing as I’m not really in the mood to go into any epic inspirational life stories today, I’ll leave you with a picture of my delightful brunch. As well as the statement that brunch foods are the best kind of foods and if I could I would eat them for every meal.

Brunch for the win.
Let me know if you have any rad brunch foods that I should try and I will make them and post about it.
Have a great weekend.
